As well as completed valves, CVI INSPECTION's inspector also inspect valve parts and raw material such as casting and forging before machining.
Our inspctor perform inspections based on international standards of ANSI, API, EN, BS, DIN, NACE,etc. Detailed reports with photos are available shortly after the inspection and CVI staff will assist you when there are quality issues. Our basic inspection scope includes documents review, witness pressure testing, valve visual check, valve dimensions check, fuction test, NDT test, packaging test, 3.1 certiticates review, etc.
